Display notice and disable if WPSS core is not active #14

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Do not activate WPSS core
  2. Activate Menus add-on

RESULT:

Plugin activates.

EXPECTED RESULT:

If WPSS Core is not active, need to display a notice and disable the plugin
