Pull button: incorrect behavior #5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Deactivate Pull plugin.
  2. Go to Appearances -> Menus and view Sync Buttons
  3. Activate Pull plugin
  4. Go to Appearances -> Menus and view Sync buttons

    RESULT:

The Pull button does not show up when the Pull plugin is inactive and it shows up, but is deactivated when the Pull plugin is active.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Correct behavior is that the button should always appear. It should be gray/disabled when the Pull plugin is not active or not Licensed. It should be blue/enabled when the Pull plugin is active and Licensed.
