In the SSL Certificates chapter (pages 178 -179 in the .pdf book) when you are indicating that we may generate a new vhost file for the application that will listen on port 443 it may be good to remember the reader that, after creating the file, should enable the corresponding symlink for that host with a2ensite. Otherwise you get SSL_ERROR in the web browser.
