Just bought the book (great book btw!) and in the middle of reading it, I noticed that letsencrypt gets mentioned a number of times, but I don't think managing such certificates under a load balanced environment has been covered (unless I missed it)? Like recommendations on how to handle validation and renewal. Or is this beyond the scope of the book?
