[Feature] Plants Experience #4

Hello,

I just pulled the Current Version on my PDI, i can not find any Portal to View Plants info. Is it in Progress if not i can work on it?

@MRSinghRajat: Filter nav for Now Experience Framework > Experiences. Title is Mushnik's Plants and the path is plants.

@chelming I was able to get to the Experience using APP ENGINE STUDIO as well but I don't think there is any page setup to show plant information.

Its has been modified, on the left corner we have an option "plant menu" @MRSinghRajat

I submitted a PR to fix the broken link on the App Menu. Also removed "Mushnik's" name from the Portal name and url to make it less personal.
