Friday Fun leader emoji replacement

• new property that turns on or off this feature, default to false
• this must only happen on !leaderboard calls, so must only do the replacement if second parameter of the leaderboard call is true

Hey @earlduque, is there a difference/something going on in the prod version of this?

The 🌟, 🥇, 🥈, and 🥉 aren't getting prepended in code, and in turn don't come through in my testing. They aren't in the latest code - just want to make sure I don't break existing functionality by implementing this in current state
