completed STRY0007 and STRY0014: Configure the UX list page & Create Scheduled Job #16

As per Build Along Month Event, completed STRY0007: Configure the UX list page.

Created UX list page on the workspace displays another list under the "Contact" category, below "all" that shows only users that have the "Reached out to" checkbox unchecked.

I have Completed STRY0014: Create Scheduled Job as well which sends a monthly report of the contacts where reached out id false. In total there would be 2 Commits from this branch.
