Refactor CLI script or remove? #20

@biplovbhandari @ArjenHaag @apoortinga

We currently have a CLI script that is from an old package structure and is really messy with outdated package modules and workflows. Right now, it is still exposed when users install the package. Couple questions regarding the CLI script:

  1. Should we keep the CLI script and refactor is to something else?
  2. If we keep and refactor, what kind of processing/command do we expect users to execute?

I was thinking to keep and refactor the CLI into higher level workflow commands. This way users can execute specific surface water mapping workflows without the need to script things and easily create cron jobs.

Thoughts?
