Generate a basic control api for use by alexa skills or desktop / phone application use. Additionally make a few python scripts for testing the api and demonstrating that it is working properly.

Would be interested if this has any possibility of improving the Sinric Integration, or if this current code would have some way of working with Sinric out of the box or Alexa directly
