Num_LEDs Should default to 60 in both the firmware and UI #34

Since there is an LED's strip being sent ready made for the Servita, the UI and firmware should default to the settings for this strip. This way it is plug and play. Currently, the number of LEDs on the strip is 60 however this may change.
