Pour Start Hold Requirement #52

Add a small hold time requirement for triggering a pour. This will allow for accidential or instantaneous presses to no accidently trigger a pour, making it require a bit more intention for pouring.

Added 100ms trigger for pour start as well as 100ms trigger for switch to mixed drink.
