Create second version of the base code with the Sinric Integration #58

As the code is nearing its final version minus some smaller updates we should start the Sinric integration (On its own branch). Additionally, it may be worth considering alternative ways to integrate if new options have become possible or if there is an easier to even include it in the base code through the UI. I can setup a meeting with the creator of Sinric if we feel this could help

If we stick with Sinric, and do a full integration, we also integrate with all the platforms Sinric integrates with out of the box.

We are now considering a direct integration in the "Out of the box" codebase
