Fix Initial Rise of Gantry Not Completing from Bottom Initial Position

When the gantry starts from the bottom pressed down limit switch it doesn't appear to come all the way up on initial startup. Add a fix for this

Fix using input_pulldown not accepted since pins don't have that capability.
