Initial Startup Check for Both Limit Switches #61

Check that both limit switches exist and the travel length appears to be valid. Throw a hardware error if this isn't correctly satisfied.

Determines state of both switches low -> hardware error If single switch is low -> Check for movement off that switch if neither low -> Good to go
