2 years ago - added reference for clans and kingdoms in submodules.xml
- added missing troop reference for the republic culture
- added a settlements xml for the three ghost towns. They are assigned to republic, cis and mandalore
- deactivate deathwatch because they dont have a settlement which causes a crash since bannerlord uses settlements as spawn positions for charackters
