Westar-M5's Crosshair is not centerd and rest of the scope is white #55

I don't know what's caused it but when I look through the scope of the Westar-M5 it's completely white except form the crosshair which is in the bottom left hand corner of the scope. Any fixes for this? Please help.

Also I'm getting the issue where the Westar-M5 is also dropping Bullet casings. I've looked at the article with the fix but it hasn't worked
