fix build on windows #30

Tools to install/setup:

install git
install VSCode
install C/C++ extension
install CMake Tools extension
MS build tools (CMake, MSVC, ...)
download WinFlexBison
rename win_flex to lex
rename win_bison to yacc
add the folder which contains WinFlexBison to your PATH
clone the repo and compile
