Error using setLeftForm or setRightForm

Hi, There seems to be a bug setting forms in either left or right panes.. below is the error from Command Console..

=>forms.nav_modulecontainer.elements.tab_modules.setLeftForm(forms.crm_contact_tbl) org.mozilla.javascript.EcmaError: TypeError: Cannot set property "0" of to "[object Object]" (internal_anon#1)

what is your initial state? you don't have any tabs ?

Initial state is no form
