Options to search for Null | Not Null in popup filters #25

The OPERATOR IS_NULL | NOT_NULL is now supported by the toolbar filter. Enhance the popup filters allowing to search for Null | Not Null values in the UI.

Date: In the date filter add the options Empty | Not Empty in the dropdown list Select & Token: In the Select & Token filter type add clickable entries above the "Deselect All|Remove All" for "Empty", "Not Empty" Number: Do we need this option in the Number filter type ? User can search for value > 0 instead of Not Null; what about search for Empty values in a Number filter type ?
