Consider "tenant-less" log in for admin users which bypass filtering #17

Consider a mechanism whereby "admin" users can log in and skip the tenant filtering. Could be done using internal security. Some things to consider: what happens to tenant IDs on records created by this user ? Can they modify records owned by other tenants? etc. Perhaps a config property to enable this mode
