Code is looking good. Tested it and it works fine. Letting the player end his turn in every round even when spectating avoids any issues with loop situations. Well done! :)

Merging it right away. Just be aware that I'm rather busy these days and it likely won't be released very soon.

Thanks for making the game! The time I've spent playing this is probably measurable in weeks, and I hope to submit more PRs in the future.
