Exclude RFQT from ZeroEx sources [SIM-217] #110

Lawrence Forman, [Apr 7, 2022 at 8:50:28 AM]: Hey guys, are you guys using RFQ liquidity in your API requests? Actually, just to be safe, could you add excludedSources=RFQT until we update your ZeroExApiAdapter contract?

(Will need to publish this when merged, update the package at set-ui and push to production)
