Check clean-up of temporary files in all async examples #13

Not in all situations (errors/excpetion handling) the temporary files are removed correclty. E.g. here: https://github.com/Setasign/SetaPDF-Signer-Addon-SwisscomAIS/blob/master/examples/demo-ltv-async-on-demand.php#L184
