Changed regex of t_COMMAND to comply with Python 3.11 #5

this is a python2.7 project, why are you adding 3.11 compliance?

Seth himself did a bit to comply with python3 (https://github.com/SethBling/cbscript/commit/5474de59f72c2f23d80de80f3ca1fb91735fd070) and there isn't that much else to do for it
