Describe the bug golang is blowing out the size of the image which is breaking the build automations scoutsuite venv python is blowing out the size of the image

Workaround introduced in https://github.com/SethBodine/docker/commit/b900097f89f05f2ebfb5ce474dbdc83b610fde63
