Prowler now v4 and missing html report output #17

Prowler v4.0.0 was released 3 days ago, and the html output is broken/not available.

workaround is to update prowler.sh to specify the current v3 release

pip install prowler==3.16.0

prowler v3 and v4 now both added as part of https://github.com/SethBodine/audit-tools/commit/21673226a28a231eef8f7acda3ac7a41b9c296e5
