Add "Custom" to theme selector #21

Description : There's nothing better than being able to personalize things. As such, I believe adding a new option to the theme selector that allows the user to change the theme to ANY color they prefer would be ideal.

Notes :

To make things simple, using the color input type for color selection might be a good idea.
Themes on FAE consist of 5 color shades. So we can either automatically generate the 4 shades OR allow the user to select them.

I've added this new option to the theme selector and it'll be implemented in the next patch. It will however, be available for early use via the FAE Control Panel, once it has been added to theme management.
