Spanish Translation #26

Description : A Spanish translation has been proposed by Laura on the development forum. We should be able to add this in alongside the 1.2.0 update.

Todo :

  1. Create Spanish.js file in lang ✔️
  2. Add Spanish translation to the installer utils ✔️
  3. Update contributors w/Laura as a translator ✔️

The Spanish translation has been implemented and is now available via your FAE Control Panel ! See Translating for more information on how to switch your Forum's language.
