Message Editor is overlapping the new Theme Selector UI #36

Description : As the title suggests, the message editor is overlapping the new theme selector UI. All that will need to be done is an increase in the theme selector drop down's z-index.

This has been fixed and will be sent live in the next patch. (v1.2.3)
