"View posts since last visit" is missing #7

The link "View posts since last visit" among others are missing in the index_body ( and maybe box ). These are useful for finding and managing topics, so it'll need to be added in before the production release.

This has been fixed and will be applied when v1.0.0-beta.1 is ready.
