Hello,

I sent you a message because I tried to put messenger on my forum but something doesn't work and I can"t find the issue.

Here my forum: https://strong-enough.forumactif.com The problem is that the page doesn't load..

Hello @mailigdi,

After inspecting your forum, I believe the issue is related to the customized templates. You can test this under Admin Panel > Display > Templates > General > Force the default templates: Yes > Save. This will temporarily force the default templates. When you're finished, set the option back to "No" to revert to your customized templates.

Unfortunately Forumactif Messenger does not support customized templates; it only supports the default templates unless modified to work with others. Chances are it may or may not work in other areas, such as topics, depending on how heavily modified the templates are.
