Due to spam relating to Hacktoberfest new Issues and Pull Requests have been restricted to recent contributors for 1 month.

If you would like to report any bugs, send feedback or questions, or perhaps talk with me about an improvement, please use one of the alternative methods listed here to get in contact with me.

It seems they've listened to everyone complaining about the spam and now Hacktoberfest is officially opt-in only. I will now remove the limitation!
