Fix missing index on lessons-3d lesson-6 grammar-3 #115

One of the problems was nested in another one, causing the index to not show for one of the problems. Have not tested it locally.

Hello @nijynot,

If I recall, the nested problem within 4 is an additional answer to the problem.. not sure why I decided to display it as such haha. Regardless, I do think adding an index to it is a good idea! Everything looks good to merge, too!
