Add Missing Ref Patterns #1

After doing a quick scan of all kanji learned in Tobira, only a few ref patterns required for the kanji stroke order exercises appeared to be missing. I'll add these in when I get the chance.

[x] 進
[x] 数
[x] 独
[x] 林

I plan to sync these additional patterns to the main kanji kanvas repo after the main project is complete (all 15 lessons), since I'd like to confirm that they work and that no other patterns are missing.

All missing ref patterns have been added, along with some updated patterns that had incorrect stroke values or failed to recognize the written kanji.
