Various fixes for kanji workbook review exercises

This pull requests fixes some minor typos. For example, in a few cases a kanji is used before it has been introduced in Tobira. There was also one case of an underlined line being too short. Lastly, one sentence in lesson 1, kanji workbook review exercise 11 differs from my book. I'm not sure if it's a typo or if the sentence has been changed in a reprint.
