These are fixes for some more minor things I've noticed while working through the exercises.

Added missing furigana in lesson 1, grammar workbook exercise 2
Added missing furigana in lesson 1, grammar workbook exercise 10
Fixed a typo in lesson 2, kanji workbook exercise 6
Added missing punctuation in lesson 3, kanji workbook exercise 5
Added missing punctuation in lesson 4, kanji workbook exercise 1
