Describe the bug

Player can teleport inside buildings

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Spawn into game scene as jason
Move against city boundary near the buildings
Notice how it's possible to glitch into a building

Expected behavior

jason should appear on other side of building

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows
Game Version: 0.7.1

Additional context

could make boundary physical for jason instead
- possible syncing issues
- could assign to its own layer + have non-jason players ignore it
- could then recolor boundary to semi-opaque
