[ENHANCEMENT] implement differences for Jason player

• yes, Jason is the exact same as the counselors

• change his player model's color to pitch black
  • could swap out model later possibly
• possibly apply all stats w/ a 1.5x modifier?

• [x] change player model's color

  • could swap out model later
  • would need all new anims for diff model tho
  • originally dark, but changed to lime green (yuck)
  • originally changed model's skin color, whole outfit color would be harder
  • changed to alter color of all model related things like weapons, clothes, hair, and skin to black
  • just had to iterate thru renderers in children objs of character

• [x] give jason an edge

  • could possibly double crouch, run, and walk speed upper and lower bounds
  • incr'd by a modifier of 1.5 for now
  • also made stamina regen faster

• [ ] fine tune jason incr of bounds during play testing
