Describe the bug

Deployed website has no icon and site name wrong

Expected behavior

Should have React icon and something like "Seth's Portfolio Website"

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows
Browser: Chrome

Additional context

Tutorial has React icon and so does my development build

Development

[x] get favicon and verify on github pages
- drag + dropped favicon from newly created proj into "Public" folder
- rec'd to get the favicon working and allegedly, that's it
- didn't work for React icon, but worked for other icons
- created my own favicon and now it works
[x] change website title
- was able to change title in index.html
