[BUG] Homepage posts can go on forever

Describe the bug

• Homepage posts can go on forever

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create 40 posts
2. navigate to site
3. notice how takes long time to load since loads all available posts on home page

Expected behavior

• should be a pagination mechanism in place

• OS: Windows
• Browser: Firefox
• Version: 109.0 (64-bit)

Development

• [x] figure out how to send mult queries at once

  • need to format as ?category=Fake&&page=1
  • so, each query needs a && tween them
  • and first one must start w/ ?

• [x] Add a pagination mechanism to the homepage

  • required previous + nxt + page number btns
  • nxt + previous btns req 2 separate funct calls each for the same amt ret'd
  • requires a Link tag wrapped around a button
  • link sends user to a new url thru changing the search query
  • was able to query via multiple params thru replacing via regex expression
  • each link tag reqs an update to page pagination
    • loaded at spin up time
    • likely slow
    • should somehow do this operation via onClick()
    • but can't change search param directly

• [ ] Create a React Component for each pagination button

• [x] style pagination appropriately

  • center buttons in a flexed manner
  • should be single row unless alota pages
  • tell pagination options to not show up if less than 1 page's worth of content
