Describe the bug

Right after login, the next couple links selected fail

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

login to an account
click on a post title
notice how nothing renders in the browser

Expected behavior

the requested page should show up

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows
Browser: Firefox
Version: 109.0 (64-bit)

Development

[x] find out why the problem occurs + fix it
- console shows: "No routes matched location "/login/singlePostPage/63d352d6f9e8def9a42d905a""
- seems to only happen right after user login
- due to how navigating from login -> home page doesnt get rid of "login" in url
- so further url navigating gets messed up
- fixed thru replacing the home page in the url after successful login
[x] fix choppy window.location.replace() transition
- using "window.location.replace()" results in very choppy transition
- couldn't figure out how to do otherwise tho
- clicking on a "Link" element is much cleaner
- tried using window.location.assign() but still just as slow
- also tried window.open() with the same result
- could potentially try useNavigate() and navigate()
- this fixed choppy problem
- and still allows for single back arrow reversal of navigation
