[BUG] Fix user categories

Describe the bug

• User category links are too large and they query wrong

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. click on a post on home page
2. click on one of the author's categories
3. notice how everything under that category is queried, not just their own posts
4. and notice how can click a category when not directly over the text
5. also notice that the author's categories contains all categories, not all of their own cats

Expected behavior

• Should query author's posts according to the selected cat
• Should only query cat w/ its name-text is selected
• Their categories should contain the author's most commonly posted categories, not every category

• OS: Windows
• Browser: Firefox
• Version: 109.0 (64-bit)

Development

• [x] Should query author's posts according to the selected cat

  • not very clear that it's doing so since no title to posts when click cat link
  • ideally, user sidebar should stay on page w/ query by username EVER
  • even if queried with a cat
  • fixed this so now user sidebar stays on
  • improved query parsing on client side

• [x] Should only query cat w/ its name-text is selected

  • extended link to its whole box bc of explicit cursor changes in CSS
  • they seem like a bad idea in general
  • cursor may have pointer but may not actually select a link

• [x] Their categories should contain the author's most commonly posted categories, not every category

  • could also do their most commonly upvote/downvoted categories
  • or most commonly commented on categories

• [x] display the number of posts for each category a user has

  • only required frontend changes since was already returning the count of each category
