RGB modes not working #2

Going to "Up Layer" and pressing the "RGB Mode" or "RGB Hue" or "RGB sUp" or "RGB vUp" do nothing. I was downloading the .hex file from the qmk toolbox, another buttons work well.

resetting and reflash make this works. closing.
