Rename all SettCurrency tokens to New SettCurrency convention --- SETT-SETTJ/DNAR-NEOM and add Documentation #98

Rename all J-prefixed tokens to SettCurrency convention - SETT, SETTUSD, SETTEUR, SETTNGN.

Motivation The J-Prefix in Setheum is cool and fit for it, but I think there is no fit for Neom SettCurrencies out there except for the obvious - J-Suffix which gives us for example; USDJ, EURJ, NGNJ, JPYJ. This could also be perfect but a little confusing to new comers.

In Setheum, the SettCurrencies should follow the SETT-Prefix, while In Neom, the SettCurrencies should follow the NETT-prefix.

SETT indicating "Sett" (Setheum's Custom Basket Stablecoin) and the SettCurrency reserve asset - SETT. All SettCurrencies in Setheum will be backed by the SETT except for the SETT itself which will be backed by the DNAR on the Setheum Network. For example; SETTUSD instead of JUSD, SETTEUR instead of JEUR. or just leave it as it is and set a J-Suffix on Neom as shown below..

SETTJ indicating "Neom Sett" All SettCurrencies in Neom will be backed by the SETTJ except for the SETTJ itself which will be backed by the NEOM on the Neom Network.

And on NewRome, it should be the same as Setheum with R-prefix instead like for example; RUSD, REUR, RSETT and the native token of the NewRome Testnet is ROME.
