Allow selecting location for backup file #426

I'd like to copy OISafe's backup file to dropbox using dropsync. Problem is, 
dropsync works on full directories. As it's two-way, it's useless for 
synchronizing OISafe's backup, as it'd need to synchronize whole /sdcard to 
Dropbox. If you allow to select where the backup file is created, this wouldn't 
be a problem.
