Creeper explosions dupe flowers #121

Creeper explosions break flowers, and drop their items. But then, Towny regenerates what the creeper exploded -- including the flowers!

Tested with diamond ore -- thankfully, it does not get duped by this process -- it seems confined just to flowers and other botanicals.
