Increase exp rate for mcMMO's combat skills #135

The general perception is that mcMMO's combat skills take too long to level. Perhaps we should increase the exp multiplier for them?

The player who raised this complaint had been training on endermen. Levelling from 15 to 21 took 1 hour. Considering that Endermen are terrible exp in mcMMO because of how easy they are to farm, and considering how long it takes to kill just one, I'm going to go ahead and say this player is seeing slow exp growth due to inefficient training, and not due to an issue with our mcMMO configs.
