Update to Beacon+ v3 #172

Beacon+ has a new major version, and we are on the final version of the v2 series. I need to go through the painstaking process of rewriting our configs for the new version.

It seems that this is now abjectly mandatory, because v2 does not work with 1.18.2.

As usual, the Beacons+ dev has no regard in the slightest for his paid users, and just completely wipes our configs without a thought upon upgrade. It's a little more excusable this time, given that it's a major version change; but the same thing happened on a minor version change in v2 too, and in general I hate plugins like this.

I think it's very likely that this new version just ignores any player beacons made in the old one; meaning we'll have to refund and then recreate them.

I want to point out that it took over 8 hours of non-stop work to get it configured well in v2. I am expecting it to also take a long time to configure v3. And I don't know if there'll be feature parity.

Oh, I forgot to update this. I've finished everything except Effects. I've so far invested about 8ish hours, and have probably 3-4 more left.
