Creeper explosions not regenerating #188

Terrain exploded by creepers is supposed to regenerate, but at present it is not doing so. This should be fixed.

It seems that this may be due to using Creeper instead of CREEPER in wild_revert_on_mob_explosion.entities in minecraft\plugins\Towny\settings\config.yml. More investigation needed.
