Update to 1.18.2

Now that the world has been prepared, we should update to 1.18.2.

Steps:

• Local Machine (not production)
  • Change scripts/var/env.sh to say 1.18.2.
  • Run scripts/update/minecraft.sh.
  • Run server
  • Identify plugins that have issues
  • Fix or replace those plugins
  • Update plugins that had deprecated 1.17.1
  • Configure new features
  • Complete tickets that are mandatory before 1.18.X can go live (#209, #176)
  • Force-upgrade worlds
  • Playtest
  • Push changes and send plugins to production
• Production
  • Take offline
  • Pull
  • Run scripts/update/minecraft.sh.
  • Remove dead plugins
  • Force-upgrade worlds
  • Playtest
  • Post an update in Discord (#177)
